Grant writing services for the Treasure Valley and beyond!

Bringing you the support your excellent work deserves.

Welcome!!

I'm Kate Tibbitts: a skilled, self-motivated grant writer based in Boise, Idaho, with four years' experience developing successful grant proposals for clients across the Pacific Northwest. My work has secured over $1.8 million for clients who range from grassroots teams just earning their 501(c)3 status to statewide nonprofits.

I’m so glad you are here. Let’s get started!

I’m here to help you do more of what you do best.

Our work could last the length of one project, or extend into ongoing collaboration.

Most of my clients choose to follow an annual contract and complete projects monthly: but your needs, like those of your own clients, are unique. So, we have options.

Let’s work together to:

  • Complete a one-time grant project of your choice;

  • Maintain and follow a monthly grants calendar;

  • Conduct research to find new sources of funding;

  • Streamline your internal files for presentation to funders;

  • Develop your ongoing fund development plan;

  • Manage and grow your donor relations;

  • Disseminate a year-end appeal; or

  • Curate and apply for event sponsorships.

  • Want something else? Reach out. We’ll make it happen.

About Kate

I’m a triplet (the best of us three!) who fell in love with the Treasure Valley after a brief stint in Washington for university. I grant-write out of a deep gratitude for nonprofits and a sincere love of people. When not at work, you’ll likely find me at dance class—my happy place!! Best way to contact me is via email.

My clients are incredible people.

Sunset over Whitewater Park, Idaho

They live and work in towns across Idaho, Washington, Minnesota, California, and Alaska. And every day, they’re changing lives.

They are facilitating culturally-attuned workforce development services for their immigrant communities; instilling mentoring programs for low-income kids; holding high-quality theatre productions for students in rural towns; crafting AI wellness devices for survivors of PTSD; and leading yoga therapy classes for incarcerated folks so they thrive upon release.

It’s my highest honor to find them tools to support those labors of love. And for four years I’ve won funds from state, private, and federal sources to do just that.

I'm an expert writer, businesswoman, and communicator; but only because I cherish connecting with folks and know how to accomplish BIG things by starting SMALL.

Join the team! Let’s fund what you do.
